How to contribute more free money into your superannuation

If earning money from your everyday spend into your superannuation gets you excited, now there is an even more exciting way to do so, without any spend at all.

So many happy shoppers have joined Super-Rewards due to being referred by their family and friends. And now we’ll be rewarding them – and you - for those referrals!

Why does your friend need to shop in order to earn the referral bonus? Because we want them to start earning super! Signing up to Super-Rewards is one thing, but to start improving their retirement outcome, they need to earn superannuation cashback. That is only possible when they spend with one of the Super-Rewards retailers. For example, when your friend spends $1,000 at THE ICONIC, they’ll receive $25 superannuation cashback.

How does the Super-Rewards member referral program work?

Let’s look at an example.

• Alison has already earned $80 in Super-Rewards. Looking at the dashboard above, we know this $80 will become so much more in retirement!
• Alison tells Natasha about Super-Rewards using her unique referral code
• Natasha spends $20 or more in her first shop at any Super-Rewards retailer, online or instore
• Alison and Natasha both receive $5 into their Super-Rewards account the following month
• Alison and Natasha are paid Super-Rewards into their respective super accounts. The payments include the monies they have earned from shopping with Super-Rewards retailers and their referral bonuses.

Telling your friends and family about Super-Rewards is so easy! Now you can refer them to Super-Rewards using your preferred messaging system from within the app!

There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer, meaning there is no limit on the number of referral bonuses you can earn! For every 10 friends you refer who go on to shop^, we’ll give you an extra $10 into your Super-Rewards account. 20 friends = $20!^^

It’s so easy to earn more free superannuation

Step 1: Make sure you download the Super-Rewards app on either Google Play and iOS.

Step 2. Click on the navigation in the top left – you’ll see it under ‘Refer & Earn’.

If you use the Super-Rewards website, you will find it in the Message Centre under ‘My Rewards’.

Step 3: Send your unique referral code to as many friends as you’d like!

You can do this through any of your messaging platforms on your phone, for example:

• Email
• SMS
• WhatsApp
• Social media

What happens after I refer my friends to Super-Rewards?

Your friend will receive the following message:

I use Super-Rewards to grow my super with my everyday spend. If you sign up and spend $20+ in your first shop at a Super-Rewards retailer within three months of joining, we both get $5!

When your friend signs up, your unique referral code will be automatically pre-populated in their signup like in the example below.

Referral codes can only be applied when signing up. We cannot provide a referral bonus if you forget to apply this code.

You can refer as many friends as you want. Plus, for every group of 10 friends who sign up and shop^, we'll give you an extra $10^^. 20 friends = $20!

^But they must spend $20 or more on their initial shop at a Super-Rewards retailer within three months of signing up. You will receive the $5 bonus into your Super-Rewards accounts the following month after they shop.
